摘  要:在同一温度、不同应力下对钢厂环形炉内罩材料310S不锈钢进行蠕变试验,建立了310S钢在该温度下不同应力的寿命曲线方程,采用两种不同的寿命预测方法(θ-投影法和L-M参数法)对该钢的蠕变寿命进行了预测,并与实际使用寿命进行了对比。结果表明:两种预测方法的预测结果基本一致,吻合较好,但θ-投影法的预测结果更准确。The creep experiments for 310S stainless steel used as ring furnace cover material in steel mills were carried out at same temperature and different stresses. Creep life was forecasted based on the life curve equation for 310S steel under this condition using θ-projection method and L-M parametric method, and was compared with the actual service life. The results show that these two methods had an identical predicted life, but the θ-projection predicted results were more accurate.
