摘 要:根据齿面点旋转时的谐波运动轨迹,用旋转编码器构造出齿轮传动误差的单面啮合测量模型,并引申出计算齿轮传动误差的三种途径,即小轮当量的传动误差、大轮当量的传动误差以及含跨齿点数的单齿传动误差;针对传动误差曲线时域跳跃缺陷,提出一种分析传动误差曲线的时标域方法,使得频域转换与谱分析成为可能。通过对直齿轮的三种传动误差曲线的仿真及其时标域上的谱分析,指出误差曲线的总体偏差、单齿偏差、周期分量等组成的频率特征与偏差值;利用Y9550滚动检查机搭建检测平台,对准双曲面锥齿轮进行传动误差测量试验。时标域与频域的联合分析结果表明:该测量方法简单可靠、精度高,能够分离出齿轮啮合状态下的周期量,为进一步研究在线测量和实际工况下齿轮传动的平稳性奠定了基础。Three approaches to obtain the average total transmission error (TE) per driving or driven gear and average tooth-tooth TE are derived from the mechanical rotation characteristics at gear meshing, by the TE measuring modal using single flank rolling test method which is constructed on the rotary encoders. One pulse time domain method to analysis TE curve, aimed at its leap defects on time domain, is proposed to make the spectral conversion and analysis possible. The deviations and the frequencies of various cyclical compositions are obtained through the simulation curves via the three TE algorithms by the pulse time spectrum analysis, including the total deviation, tooth to tooth deviation, run-out deviation and etc. The TE measuring of hypoid gears is carried out on the platform which is built on the Y9550-Type rolling tester. The measuring results in the pulse time and frequency domain showed that the approach of TE analysis is simple and reliable with high precision, and is able to isolate the revolution properties at gear meshing, which is laid the foundation for further study of the online inspecting and of the noise, vibration and harshness in gears at actual conditions.
