摘　　要：目的探讨尺骨茎突基底部骨折的治疗方式对腕关节功能的影响。方法2007年1月-2011年6月，随机选取45例尺骨茎突基底部骨折患者临床资料。其中男性28例，女性17例；年龄23～65岁。手术切开复位内固定15例，石膏托外固定12例，未做特殊处理18例。疗效评定采用Garland—Werley腕关节功能评分。结果所有患者随访18～70个月，平均27．5月。Garland—Wedey腕关节功能评分方面，手术切开复位内固定组优7例，良6例，中2例（优良率为86．7％）；石膏托外固定组优2例，良3例，中7例（优良率为41．7％）；未做特殊处理组优4例，良3例，中11例（优良率为38．9％）。结论尺骨茎突基底部骨折应尽量采用手术切开复位内固定。Objective To investigate the effects of different treatment modalities on wrist function for pa tients with ulnar styloid base fracture. Methods From Jan. 2007 to Jun. 2011, clinical data of 45 cases of ulnar styloid base fracture were randomly selected, including 28 male patients and 17 female patients. These patients＇ age ranged from 23 to 65 years, with an average of 37.3 years. After open reduction and internal fixation for distal radi us fracture, 15 patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation for associated ulnar styloid base frac ture, 12 patients with cast immobilization and 18 patients with no special treatment. GartlandWerley wrist function score was used to evaluate the clinical outcome. Results All patients had been followed up for 27. 5 months （ 18 70 months ）. For GartlandWerley wrist function score, 13 patients with open reduction and internal fixation （86. 7% ） got excellent result ,5 patients with cast immobilization （41.7% ） got excellent result and 7 patients with no special treatment（38.9% ） got excellent result. Conclusion Open reduction combined with internal fixation is an ideal treatment method for ulnar styloid base fracture.
