福建省2004—2013年中、晚籼水稻品种的稻米品质分析与评价

摘　　要：选取2004—2013年通过福建省审定的134个中、晚籼杂交水稻品种为试材,分析福建省中、晚籼杂交稻品种的品质现状。结果表明,福建省近几年新育成并审定的中、晚籼杂交水稻品种中,中、晚熟审定品种数量相当,品质相近。在主要品质性状中,有近97%的品种整精米率指标能够达到部颁优质米标准,但垩白度高仍然是导致福建省稻米优质米率低的主要原因。In this paper, 134 hybrid rice varieties, which were certified and released for commercial production in Fujian province during the year of 2004-2013, were analyzed for their quality. The results showed that the number of variety certification was comparative and the quality was similar during recent years. Nearly 97% of species of head rice rate to reach national standard quality rice standards. However, the main reason of lower head milled rice was higher chalkiness score.
