摘  要:介绍了安钢为适应原料结构的变化及降本需要,对烧结熔剂结构进行的结构优化试验和调整。试验和生产结果表明,配加石灰石粉和白云石粉后,烧结矿质量较为稳定,成分稳定率提高,而熔剂成本大幅降低,取得了较大的经济和社会效益,为公司降本增效探索出一条新途径。In the paper, for adapting to the changes of raw materials and reducing the cost of sintering flux, optimizing tests on the structure of sintering flux and the adjustment of that in Anyang steel were described. Experimental and produc- tion results showed that, with addition of limestone and dolomite powder, the quality of sintering ore became stable and the degree of composition stability were increased, while the cost of sintering flux were greatly reduced. The study brought great economic and social benefits for Anyang steel and pointed out a new way Of cost reduction and benefits increasing.
