摘 要:为提高铁/钢界面物流调控水平,以首秦公司铁/钢界面兑铁包和铁包天车为研究对象,运用冶金流程工程学理论,对兑铁包、铁包天车的运行事件和时间参数进行解析,给出其运行推荐时间,提出兑铁包周转率和铁包天车连续化程度两个运行评价指标,使铁/钢界面的物流调控在整体优化上具有数据支撑。解析结果表明,缩短系统运行柔性时间是的提高物流调控水平的关键。In order to improve the material flow control level at the ironmaking - steelmaking interface, the operation events and time parameters of the iron ladle and ladle crane in Qinhuangdao Shouqin Metal Materials Co. , Ltd. were analyzed in the paper by taking the iron ladle and ladle crane as subjects investigated and using the theory of metallurgical process engineering. The whole optimization of the material flow control at the ironmaking - steelmaking interface had a data supporting by providing the recommended operation time and the two evaluating indicators such as turnover rate of iron ladle and serialization degree of ladle crane for that. The results showed that reducing the flexible time of system was the key of improving the material flow control level.
