摘　　要：目的探讨老年携管出院患者对居家管道护理的需求。方法 2010年5月至2011年8月,方便性抽样选择解放军总医院住院治疗的50例老年携管患者采用自行设计的调查问卷对其进行调查并对结果进行分析。结果 80%的老年携管患者居家管道护理存在问题,96%的老年携管患者认为居家护理管道可行,老年携管患者均有出院前培训的需求,培训内容主要为管道护理相关知识。结论老年携管患者管道居家护理状况不良,患者和家属有居家护理的意愿,出院前希望得到系统的教育和培训,护理人员应根据患者的实际需求,有针对性地实施健康教育和培训。Objective To investigate and analyze the demands of pipe home-based care for elderly discharged patier/ts with pipe. Methods A total of 50 elderly discharged patients with pipe were assessed using self-designed questionnaire,then the results were analyzed. Results Problems existed in home-based pipe care in 80% patients. About 96% patients thought home pipe care were feasible. All the patients need to be trained before discharging and the training should be focused on pipe care. Conclusion The condition of home-based pipe care for the elderly patients with pipe is not ideal. With strong aspiration of home-based pipe nursing, patients and family members wish to accept systemic education and training before discharging. Nursing staff should provide the patients with the targeted healthy education and training according to the patients＇ actually needs to satisfy the needs toward to pipe home care of elderly patients with pipe.
