摘　　要：结合陕西省文化产业和文化事业发展现状,分析了现在政府文化管理模式的局限:文化管理体制尚未理顺、文化管理制度建设滞后、文化管理模式相对单一,探索政府文化管理的多元治理路径:构建"大文化"管理体制、完善文化管理制度体系、探索政府主导的多元文化管理模式。Based on the actual situation of Shaanxi cultural industry, this paper analyzes the limitations of government cultural management mode, such as the unsmooth system, the lagging policy and the relatively single mode of culture management; it also explores multiple governance multicuhural paths of government cultural management, such as the construction of ＂big cultural＂ management system, the improvement of cultural management system and the exploration of government-leading multicultural management model.
