注射型硫酸钙椎体形成辅助弓根内固定治疗腰椎骨折42例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射型硫酸钙椎体形成辅助弓根内固定治疗腰椎骨折的效果。方法:将2009年2月12日-2012年1月12日骨科收治的42例住院的腰椎骨折住院患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各21例,对照组实施弓根内固定手术治疗,观察组采用注射型硫酸钙椎体形成辅助弓根内固定治疗,分析两组矢状位指数SI度、椎体前缘高度压缩率、椎体后缘高度压缩率、神经功能ASIA评定、腰背疼痛Denis分极、术后首次下床活动时间、治疗满意度的差异;并使用EpiData软件设计、建设数据库,并进行数据录入、数据清理、数据更新等,最后锁定数据库;采用SAS 9.1软件进行统计。结果:各项测评结果观察组均显著优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎骨折患者实施注射型硫酸钙椎体形成辅助弓根内固定治疗,可提高治疗效果,及患者满意度,优于常规弓根内固定治疗模式,值得临床研究推广使用。Objective：To study the effect of pedicle internal fixation combined with adjuvant vertebroplasty by injected calcium sulphate in the treatment of lumbar fractures. Method：A total of 42 cases with lumbar fracture in orthopaedic of our hospital from February 12,2009 to January 12, 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group（21 cases）and the control group（21 cases）,the control group received pedicle internal fixation surgery,the observation group received pedicle internal fixation combined with adjuvant vertebroplasty by injected calcium sulphate,and some indicators in the two groups were analyzed,including sagittal index SI degrees,the compression ratio of fanterior edge height,the compression ratio of vertebral rear height,ASIA for neurological function assessment,low back pain Denis classification,ambulation time for the first time,and differences of the treatment satisfaction degree. Then database was designed and constructed by EpiData software,and researchers performed data entry,data cleaning,data update, etc,and finally database was locked. SAS 9.1 software was used. Result：The evaluation results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of pedicle internal fixation combined with adjuvant vertebroplasty by injected calcium sulphate in patients with lumbar fractures can improve the effect of treatment and satisfaction degrees of patients,is superior to the conventional pedicle internal fixation treatment mode,is worthy of clinical promoting.
