摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理对妇科肿瘤患者术后康复及生活质量的影响。方法:将本院2010年8月-2012年8月行妇科肿瘤手术的80例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),观察组患者采用优质护理干预,对照组患者常规护理干预。结果:护理后,观察组的下床活动时间、排气时间、进固体食物时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预能改善妇科肿瘤患者术后康复和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the effect of high quality nursing care on postoperative rehabilitation and living quality of patients with gynecological tumor. Method：80 patients with gynecological tumor from August 2010 to August 2012 were randomly divided into observation group（n=40） and control group（n=40）according to random number table method. The observation group was given high quality nursing care,and the control group was given routine nursing care. Result：After nursing,the bed activity time,evacuation time,into solid food time,length of hospital stay,and complications in the experiment group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Moreover,the life quality,in the experiment group was also significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The high quality nursing care can promote rehabilitation and improve living quality of patients with gynecological tumor after surgery.
