尿胱抑素C诊断老年2型糖尿病肾小管早期损伤的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析尿胱抑素C对老年2型糖尿病肾小管早期损伤的诊断价值,以提高对老年2型糖尿病患者肾小管早期损伤的诊断准确率。方法:选择2009年10月-2013年1月本院收治的老年2型糖尿病肾病患者120例为临床研究对象,根据患者糖尿病肾病的严重程度分为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期,各30例。同时随机选择此阶段在本院进行健康体检的100例体检者作为对照组。对比各组被检者的尿胱抑素C检查结果。结果:老年2型糖尿病肾病组患者的尿胱抑素C明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病肾病组Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期的尿胱抑素C不断上升,疾病程度越严重,尿胱抑素C检出值越高,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:检测尿胱抑素C对老年2型糖尿病肾小管早期损伤具有较高的诊断价值,是一种较好的检测指标。Objective：To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of urine cystatin C in elderly type 2 diabetic renal injury in early diagnosis, to raise awareness of elderly type 2 diabetic patients with renal tubular damage in early diagnostic accuracy. Method：120 cases of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy from October 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected as research object,based on the severity of diabetic nephropathy in patients were divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅳ,the 30 cases. The control group was 100 cases of healthy volunteers selected for this stage in our hospital. The treatment group was each subject’s urinary cystatin C test results. Result：The treatment group that Urinary cystatin C in elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Diabetic nephropathy group phaseⅠ,Ⅱphase,Ⅲphase and Ⅳphase of urine cystatin C rising,the more serious diseases,urinary bladder inhibition C detection value was higher,there was significant difference among the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The use of urine cystatin C in elderly type 2 diabetic renal early damage with high diagnostic value is a better detection index.
