摘 要:分析了工程变更中变更流程、人员组织和数据管理等要素的特点及其相互联系 ,论述了工程变更管理与产品数据管理系统的关系 ,认为产品数据管理系统是实施工程变更管理的基础 ,阐述了工程变更管理的目的和它不同于数据管理、流程管理的特殊性 ,指出工程变更管理的主要目的是降低变更成本、提高变更效率和减少变更错误 ,提出了以产品数据管理系统为基础 ,以变更流程为主线的工程变更管理策略 ,并以在江铃汽车股份有限公司的实施进行了验证。In this paper, we analyzed all the factors and their relations related to engineering change management. Such factors as the changing process, the ma n agement of product data and suppliers of parts are discussed in detail. After an alyzing the relation between engineering change management and product data mana gement, the object of engineering change management and its difference from d ata management and process management is put forward. The basic aim of engineeri ng change management is to develop change ratio of products with lower cost and less error. It i s argued in this thesis that effective product data management is fundamental to engineering change management. A model of implementation of engineering change management is provided according to the previous analysis. Finally, the impleme ntation of this model in Jiangling Motor Corp. is given as an example.
