摘  要:以H3PW12O40/SiO2为催化剂,对以乙酰乙酸乙酯和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成苹果酯-B的反应条件进行了研究。考察了原料物质的量比、催化剂用量(质量)、带水剂用量(质量)、反应时间对产品收率的影响。试验结果表明:H3PW12O40/SiO2是合成苹果酯-B的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂质量为反应物总质量的0.8%,带水剂环己烷6 mL,反应时间90 min。上述条件下,苹果酯-B的收率可达68.9%。The reaction conditions of synthesizing fructone-B from ethyl acetoacetate with 1,2-propanediol using H3 PW12 O40/SiO2 as catalysts are studied. The influence factors such as the molar ratio of raw materials, the dosage of catalyst, the volume of water-car- rying agent and the reaction time on product yield are investigated. The results show that the H3PWnO40/SiO2 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing fructone-B, and the optimum conditions are obtained as follow: the molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to 1,2-propanediol is 1 : 1.5, the mass faction of catalyst is 0. 8%, the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 6 mL and the reaction time is 90 min. Under the mentioned conditions, the product yield can reach over 68.9%.
