摘  要:结合抗氧剂N-苯基-α-萘胺(PANA)的研制,从量子化学角度分析了PANA的结构特点和作用机理,详细论述了PANA在航空润滑油中的使用性能和技术效果,得出结论:PANA是一种高效胺类抗氧剂,其N原子上连接的苯基和萘基可形成很大的π-电子共轭体系,增强了PANA与烷氧基自由基(RO·)作用过程,降低了油品体系的氧化速度和反应程度。This paper reviewed the development of N - phenyl - alpha - naphthylamine (PANA) antioxidant, and analyzed its structural character and anti - oxidation mechanism in view of quantum chemistry, as well as its application property and technical effect in the field of aviation lubricating oil. The results showed that PANA was a high efficient amine type antioxidant, and both of its phenyl group and naphthyl group, connected to the N atom, could form particularly large π -electron conjugated system, and enhance the interaction between alkoxy radicals RO ~ and N -phenyl - alpha- naphthylamine, so as to reduce the oxidation rate and reaction degree for the aviation lubricating oil.
