摘　　要：将研讨式对抗模拟方法与计算机模拟仿真技术结合,构建了国家战略危机决策模拟训练系统。该系统可对国家高层决策人员进行模拟训练,提高当今和未来危机问题分析和决策能力。首先,介绍了国家战略危机决策模拟训练系统工作流程;然后,给出了系统组成以及技术体系结构;最后,分析了系统研制的关键技术,并提出了解决思路。The simulation training system for national strategic crisis decision-making is estab- lished by combining the seminar gaming scheme and the computer simulation technology. It can provide simulation training to national political and military officers, and enhance their ability of analyzing current and future crisis problems, and making strategic decisions. Firstly, the work- ing flow of the simulation training system is introduced. Then, the composition and the technolo- gy architecture are given. Finally, key technologies of the system development are analyzed and the resolution idea is proposed.
