摘　　要：为推进海上军事斗争准备,并提高基于信息系统体系作战能力,分析了基于信息系统的体系作战能力内涵,给出了体系作战特点及指挥信息系统建设目标,提出了基于信息系统的体系作战能力的提升途径,可为海军信息化建设提供借鉴。To improve the systematic operation ability based rain military preparedness, the concept of systematic operati of systematic operation ability and construction goals of the Some methods for improving systematic operation ability are on information systems and to main- on ability is analyzed.
