摘　　要：DXF是Autocad软件一种公开的文件格式,SHP是ARCGIS软件的一种公开文件格式,实现这两种文件的转换,可以解决Autocad和ArcGIS软件的数据共享,从而更好的发挥各自软件的优点。本文用VB从底层编写程序,实现DXF与SHP文件的转换,与ArcTooBox等转换相比,效率更高,并能在指定路径下面实现批量转换。DXF is an open file format of AutoCAD software, and SHP is an open file format of ARCGIS software. The achievement of the two file conversion can solve the data sharing between AutoCAD and ArcGIS software, so as to play their respective advantages of software well. In this article, it is using VB programming achieve the conversion of DXF and SHP files from the bottom, which has a higher efficiency compared with ArcTooBox conversion and can realize batch conversion in specified path.
