摘 要:以水雾化法制得的Cu-Al合金粉为原料,采用Cu2O作为内氧化介质分解提供氧,在N2气氛下将合金粉末中的Al内氧化;压制成形后在H2中烧结,通过冷轧工艺制备Al2O3弥散强化Cu合金;然后对其进行力学性能测试和显微组织观察.结果表明,冷轧态的Cu-0.28% Al2O3(质量分数,下同)合金在室温下具有良好的力学性能,抗拉强度516MPa,硬度159.7HV;在850 ~ 950℃退火,屈服强度和硬度显著下降,说明Cu-0.28%Al2O3合金在850 ~ 950℃之间发生再结晶;合金在750℃的抗拉强度为117MPa,具有较优异的高温强度和抗高温软化能力.The Cu-Al alloy powder prepared by water atomization as raw material was internally oxidized in nitrogen atmosphere by using Cu2 O powder as the internal oxidation medium.The alloy powder was pressed to get several green compacts.Subsequently,the compacts were sintered in hydrogen atmosphere.Finally,the Al2O3 dispersion strengthened copper alloy was manufactured through cold-rolling.The mechanical properties and microstructures of those alloys were investigated.The results indicate that the cold-rolled Cu-0.28wt% Al2O3 alloy has good mechanical properties at room temperature,the tensile strength and the hardness reach 516MPa and 159.7HV,respectively.The yield strength and hardness decrease significantly when the annealing temperature is between 850℃ and 950℃,which can be ascribed to the recrystallization of the alloy in this temperature range.The tensile strength of the alloy still maintains 1 17MPa at 750℃,which shows the excellent high temperature strength and resistance to high temperature softening.
