摘 要:以联氨为还原剂,用化学镀方法制备纯Ni包覆ZrO2复合粉末。采用正交实验与单因素相结合,利用扫描电子显微镜、金相电子显微镜及激光粒度仪对复合粉末进行分析,得到最佳施镀参数与工艺。结果表明:NiSO4·6H2O质量浓度为19g/L、N2H4·H2O质量浓度为123.84 g/L、pH值为13.4、温度为93℃、酒石酸钠质量浓度为18.5g/L、乙二胺四乙酸二钠质量浓度为8g/L时,包覆效果良好,基本实现了整体包覆,达到了粉末混合均匀最大化的目的。Using the hydrazine as reducing agent,pure Ni-coated ZrO2 composite powder was prepared by the electroless plating method.The powders were studied by orthogonal experiment combined with single factor analysis and SEM,metallographic electronic microscope,laser particle size analyser to obtain the optimum plating parameters and process.The results show that coating effect is good,the overall coating and the uniformity of powder mixing are realized basically when NiSO4 · 6H2O mass concentration is 19g/L,N2H4 · H2O mass concentration is 123.84g/L,pH is 13.4,the temperature is 93℃,sodium tartrate mass concentration is 18.5g/L,disodium EDTA mass concentration is 8g/L.
