摘　　要：从支撑系统需求分析的角度,对在移动数据业务时代背景下国内运营商电信资费现状及存在的相关问题进行了分析,并结合市场相关需求特点对资费策略的不断完善提出了相应建议。From the analysis of system demand, it analyzes the domestic operators＇ telecom tariff situation and existing problems in mo- bile data business background. Combined with the characteristics of the relevant market demand, it gives suggestions on tariff policy improvement.
