摘　　要：文章测定毛头牛蒡子中总木脂素的含量。利用紫外分光光度计，以牛蒡苷为对照品，在280nm波长下测定总木脂素含量。对照品牛蒡苷在0．0207～0．1101mg／mL（r=0．9992）浓度范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率98．3％，RSD=1．8％（n=5）。总木脂素平均含量为244mg／g，RSD=2．9％（n=5）。紫外分光光度法测定总木脂素含量，简单，稳定可靠，重现性好。To establish a determination method for the content of total lignanoids in Arctium tomento- sum Mill seeds. According to total lignanoids and arctiin in the same peak absorption, use arctiin as refer- ence substance and measure absorption value of the samples at 280 nm . The calibration curve of the ab- sorbency has linear relation with the concentration of arctiin in the range of 0.0207～0.1101 mg/mL （r= 0.9992）. The average recovery of arctiin was 98.3 % , RSD=1.8 %（n=5）. Total lignans average content is 246 mg/g,RSD= 2.9 % （n= 5）o Method of determining on the total lignanoids through ultraviolet spectrometry is simple, stable and reliable, and good reproducibility.
