中西医结合在治疗冠心病心绞痛上的临床应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟活血通络方配合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效,评价中西医结合治疗的临床应用价值。方法:选取冠心病心绞痛患者98例,按数字表法随机分为两组,每组49例。其中,对照组给予常规西药如阿司匹林等药物治疗,而观察组则在对照组西医治疗的基础上加以自拟活血通络方进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛的发作频度、持续时间的改善情况,比较两组心电图的疗效,评价综合有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者心绞痛的发作频度以及持续时间均较对照组缩短,观察组的心电图改善有效率明显高于对照组;而观察组的综合总有效率显著高于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合应用于冠心病心绞痛的治疗,可以明显缓解心绞痛症状,其疗效确切,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective： Explore the clinical efficacy on the treatment of angina pectoris with the self - made Huoxue Tongluo decoction and western medicine.
