摘  要:依据建筑节能气候划分,河南省属于寒冷徼热地区.寒冷徽热地区,夏季如何阻止热量由室外向室内传递,冬季围护构件散热是建筑节能要考虑的主要因素.围护构件中屋顶耗热量占7%~8%。墙体占23%~34%。窗占23%~25%,地面占2%.该文按照“先进节能技术的整合,打造高端环保节能环境”的设计理念.通过农庄工程项目的调研,较为合理地对降低建筑能耗的因素作了详细的分析,通过对外墙、屋顶和窗户的建筑节能设计,提出针对寒冷微热地区的外围护结构节能运行方案.According to building energy division, He'nan is an area which belongs to the cold and slightly hot climate. In this area, for building energy efficiency, the main considerations to achieve the goal are that prevent the heat transfer from the outdoor to the indoor in Summer and in winter reduce the abstraction of heat of the building envelope. For the heat release of the building envelopes, the roof accounted for 7% 8% ,the wall accounted for 23% - 34%, the windows accounted for 23% - 25 %, the floor accounted for 20%. This essay compliance with the concept of Uthe integration of advanced energy-saving technology of energy conservation,to create an environment which is environmentally friendlly energy". Though the re- searches of the farm projects, finding the main factors which influence the building energy efficiency. And propose a program how to save energy of the building envelopes in cold and slightly hot area by redesign of the building envlops of the walls, the windows, and the roof.
