摘  要:以正丙醇和环氧丙烷反应合成聚丙醇丙醚,考察了反应温度、压力的影响,确定合成聚丙醇丙醚最佳反应温度为160~180℃;再采用脱色吸附过滤及减压蒸馏工艺处理得到四、五(六)聚丙醇丙醚。收率为80%.以硼酸和1,3-丙二醇合成六元环硼酸酯,再加入四、五(六)聚丙醇丙醚继续合成,最佳工艺条件为硼酸与醇和醚的质量比为1:1.23:28,前阶段反应温度120℃,反应时间2h,酯收率达81.35%;后阶段反应温度150℃,反应时间1h,醇收率达89.68%.对合成产品进行了红外分析。推测出合成产品的结构.以合成的四、五(六)聚丙醇丙醚和六元环聚醚硼酸酯为主体材料,复配添加剂,制备了高性能硼酸酯型汽车制动液.对该制动液产品的质量检测表明;其性能指标达到美国DOT5.1规格要求.The n-propyl alcohol ether based on propyl alcohol and propylene oxide was synthesized, and the influence of temperature and pressure during the processes of synthesizing polyether were analyzed to determined the optimal reaction temperature (160- 180 ℃ ). Then the decolorization adsorption ~iltration and vacuum distillation process were processed, received four, Give (six) ether Poly-Propylene alcohol. Mass spectrometric characterization of their yield was approximately 80%. The six membered ring boric acid ester based on boric acid and propylene glycol was synthesized, adding tour, five (six) ether poly-pro- pylene alcohol continued synthesis of six membered ring polyether ester of boric acid, the optimum condi- tions were as follows: the quality ration of boric acid to alcohol and ether 1 s 1.23 s 28, the previous stage reaction temperature 120 ℃, reaction time 2 h, the yield of boric acid ester was 81.35% ; the after stage re- action temperature 150 ℃, reaction time 1 h, the yield of boric acid ester was 89.68%. The structure of the synthetic products was analyzed by IR. Besides, a high-performance boric acid ester brake fluid was pre- pared, using poly ether and boric acid ester as the main material and adding some addictives. Finallys the performance test results demonstrated that the brake fluid reached the American DOT-5.1 standard.
