摘  要:以废弃的氧化铝催化剂为原料,优化生产工艺,制备高纯硫酸铝铵,经热分解制备高纯超细氧化铝,利用X-射线衍射技术、扫描电镜等对产品结构进行表征,产品化学纯度高,粉体中心粒径在0.1~0.3μm,与ZV—AO—21及同类法国进口粉料相当。High-purity ultrafine alumina was prepared by the thermolysis of pure aluminium ammonium sulfate, which was made by using waste alumina catalyst as raw material. The optimum technical parameters were found. The product structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscope. The product was of high chemical purity, and its particle diameter was between 0. 1μm and 0.3 μm which was the same as the powder made in France.
