摘　　要：随着美国按计划加快撤军进程,阿富汗却陷入和谈与反恐的两难困境,其原因既复杂又深刻。阿富汗局势走向受诸多因素影响,目前并不明朗。作为阿富汗的邻国,中国在寻求阿富汗问题解决的过程中可以发挥一定的积极作用,但需谨慎应对,注意立场的平衡。With the U.S.exit by the end of 2014,Afghanistan is in a dilemma of negotiating with terrorists or targeting terrorism.There are complicated reasons for the emerging crisis,along with uncertain trends in that country and the region as a whole.China,as one of Afghanistan's major neighbors,has potential to play apositive role in stabilizing the situation of Afghanistan although it must handle the situation carefully and take a balanced stance in helping find a final solution.
