家族势力影响下的村落政治研究——以云南省镇雄县农村为例

摘　　要：村落政治是众多政治形态的一部分。在影响村落政治建设的因素中,家族势力对村落政治的影响不容忽视,特别是在国家权力和家族势力呈胶着状态的村落政治中,将家族势力与国家权力有效衔接,是国家权力调整与村落社会关系的重要课题。未来我国村落的治理结构必将由多种权力形态所共同分享,家族势力等村落自生秩序和村支两委等官方导入权威共同构成村落政治权力的主体,并将长期存在。在这样的背景下,国家权力不能无视家族势力,不应当放纵其在村落政治中随意发挥。在地处偏僻的云南省镇雄县,国家权力应积极地介入,培树国家权力的政治权威,明确家族势力的作用范围,实现家族势力在该发挥作用的空间发挥积极作用。The village politics is among the numerous forms of politics. Of the factors influencing the village poli- tics construction, the influence of family power on the village politics construction can not be ignored, especially in Zhengxiong County, where the ~tate and family.power remain a stalemate. The effective link of these two kinds of power is important for the adjustment of state power and social relations of village. In future, the governance structure of the villages in our country is prone to be composed of forms of shared by various forms of power. Family power and the village committees will dominate village political power in the long run. Under this background, the state power can not ignore the family power, nor can the former indulge the latter with the village political affairs. It is suggested that, in the remote Zhengxiong County, the state power should actively participate in administration, promoting the political authority of state power, pinpointing actuating range of family power, and properly giving family power the full play.
