摘　　要：从9,10-菲醌出发,通过溴化得到2,7-二溴-9,10-菲醌,通过两种不同的还原方式分别合成了不同的菲醌衍生物2,7-二溴-9,10-二羟基氢化菲和2,7-二溴9,10-二羟基菲.所得化合物通过1H NMR、13C NMR、ESI-MS和熔点测定等手段对其结构进行了表征.2, 7-Dibromo-9, 10-phenanthrenequinone was synthesized from 9, 10-phenanthrenequinne by bromination, and then prepared two different phenanthrenequinone derivatives： 2, 7-dibromo-9, 10-dihydroxy dihydrophenanthren and 2, 7-dibromo-9, 10-dihydroxy phenanthrene by two differrent ways of reduction. Their structures were characterized by H NMR, 13C NMR, ESI-MS and melting points.
