摘　　要：利用层次分析法所构建的低碳经济评价指标体系分别从碳排放量、碳源控制、碳汇建设、低碳产业对云南省气候变化下的低碳经济发展进行综合评价.结果显示,1995—2011年云南省的低碳经济发展呈快速上升趋势,但是整体仍然处于相对低碳期.只有通过控制人口、提高能源效率、优化能源结构、发展再生能源、调整经济结构、增加碳汇、合理消费等方面努力,才能实现经济、环境与社会和谐统一.Using the AHP evaluation system of low-carbon economy, we evaluated the development of a comprehensive evaluation of a low-carbon economy in Yunnan Province under climate change from carbon emissions, carbon control, carbon sequestration construction and low-carbon industry respectively. The result show that from 1995 to 2011 carbon economic development rose rapidly in Yunnan Province,but the whole was still at a relatively low-carbon phase. Suggestion including controlling the population, improving energy efficiency, optimizing energy structure, developing renewable energy sources, adjusting economic structure, increasing carbon sequestration, and reasonable consumption are nrooosed tn arh;,~,~ ,~ ; - 1
