摘 要:在牛粪堆肥中接种3种外源生物菌剂,通过测定堆肥腐熟过程中温度和细菌、真菌、放线菌数量的动态变化过程及其相关性,分析不同外源菌剂对堆肥微生物群落的影响.结果表明:3种外源菌剂均对堆体快速升温及延长高温期有显著作用;菌剂3可有效提高堆肥中的细菌数量,其中第14天达到4.85×1011个/g;菌剂2可提高堆肥中放线菌的数量,其中第14天达到1.95×107个/g;3种菌剂对堆肥中真菌数量的变化无显著影响;添加菌剂后微生物数量与堆肥温度间表现出负相关性,但均未达到显著水平;菌剂3对牛粪堆肥腐熟过程的影响较为显著.To analyze the effects of different exogenous microbial agents on microbial community,the variations of temperature and microbial community and their correlations during compost decomposition process were investigated,by adding three exogenous microbial agents to cow manure compost.The results showed that all the three exogenous microbial agents increased temperature quickly and prolonged the high temperature period.Agent 3,which was effective of enhancing bacterium number in cow manure compost, and there was 4.85×1011 cfu/g at the fourteen day.Agent 2,which was effective of enhancing actinomyce-tes number in cow manure compost,and there was 1.95×107 cfu/g at the fourteen day.All the three exog-enous microbial agents didn't change fungus number.There were negative correlations between microbial number and temperature after adding exogenous microbial agents,but correlations of them were not signifi-cant.Agent 3 had great impact on the compost decomposition process of cow manure.
