摘  要:根据微孔钻削中刀具产生的扭矩信号,在LabVIEW平台上开发了信号监测系统.该系统是由主控、信号通道、文件操作、数字滤波、频谱分析、统计分析、系统监测等模块组成,可以实现钻削过程的实时监测.由可靠度函数确定监测阈值,当可靠度R值在0.9附近时,钻头的失效数小于理论临界值,轴向扭矩值达到监测阈值时预报退刀,可大幅度避免钻削刀具折断,降低机械加工成本.According to the signals from micro hole drilling cutter,the signal monitoring system was de-veloped based on the LabVIEW platform.The system included master control,signal spectrum,file opera-tion,digital filtering,spectral analysis,statistical analysis module and system monitoring module.Using monitoring system module,real-time monitoring was realized during drilling.Monitoring domain values were determined by reliability function,when the reliability R value was around 0.9,the drill bit failure number was less than theoretical threshold,and when the axial torque value reached monitoring threshold, the system would predict receding cutter,thus,drilling tool fracture was greatly avoided and the machining cost was reduced too.
