摘 要:方形支架的冲压连续模主要通过冲孔、落料、四次折弯、切断等工序成型.主要从材料工艺分析和成型性能、冲压工序特点和工艺计算、模具总体结构设计、模具主要零件结构设计及公益性分析等方面介绍了方形支架多工位连续模设计.冲压生产实践表明,所设计的模具结构合理,并且冲压生产操作方便,模具维修便利,冲压生产效率高,并能保证产品质量,生产成本低,模具寿命高,对同类冲压产品的模具设计有一定借鉴作用.The design of progressive die stamping in square bracket is mainly explained in the paper, and the forming of the product is also illustrated in the aspects of punching, blanking, four times bending and cutting. From the aspects of material performance, forming process analysis and stamping process features and process calculation, the overall structure of the mold design, the mold structure design of main parts and public welfare analysis is introduced in detail. The stamping process proves its characteristics as reasonable structure, convenient operation, high quality, low cost, and long service life, which can be used as reference to the design of progressive die for similar mold.
