摘　　要：介绍300MW循环流化床锅炉设备情况、试验前准备工作及冷态通风及流化试验过程,分析各主要风量测量装置的标定,布风板空板阻力特性测试,床料添加与流化均匀性试验,料层阻力特性及临界流化试验,回料阀返料及排渣试验等环节存在的问题,提出相应的处理方法及建议。This paper introduces the experiment preparation and test process of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler, and cold ventilation and fluidization experimenttest process, analyzes the problems on the main air flow measurement de- vice calibration, the air distribution plate resistance charac- teristics of empty board test, bed material added with fluid- ization uniformity test, material layer resistance characteris- tics and critical {luidization experiment,material valve to re- turn back and slag discharge links, advances the correspond- ing treatments methods and suggestions.
