摘　　要：针对原Y9025Ⅲ型圆度测量仪采用的分立电气元件老化、故障多、结构复杂、显像图形不直观等问题,取消分立元件,改用集成电路、电脑控制、应用软件编制工作程序等方法,使改造后的圆度测量仪具有结构简单、操作方便、数据准确可靠、工作效率高、寿命长、图形直观、可随时存储和打印等优点。For the aging, failure and complex structure, imaging pattern being not intuitive of discrete electrical components used in Y9025Ⅲ roundness measuring instrument, the separate components were cancelled with using integrated circuit, computer control, applicating software programming mothod, and so on, the roundness measuring instrument after the transformation has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, accurate and reliable data, high efficiency, long service life, intuitive graphics storing and printing.
