摘  要:轴向游隙测量仪上原先固定轴承外圈的下外垫块是使用螺纹连接方式固定在底座上的,其加工精度直接影响游隙的测值。为了避免以上情况的发生,将下外垫块与底座的连接处改进为球面接触后,增加了调心性,使被测轴承外圈能更好地被夹紧,保证了轴向游隙测值的准确性。Low and outside cushion block fixed on bearing outer ring originally located in the axial clearance measuring instrument was fixed on the base by threaded connection, the machining accuracy of the cushion block effects directly the measurement accuracy of clearance. In order to avoid the occurrence of the above situation, after the junction of low and outside cushion block with the base was improved to the spherical contact ,spherical function was increased to clamp better outer ring of the measured bearing and ensure the accuracy of the axial clearance measuring value.
