中西医结合治疗肝内胆汁淤积症的护理探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨肝内胆汁淤积症的中西医结合治疗护理方法。方法：将120例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者的临床资料进行回顾分析，总结护理经验。结果：胎儿窘迫率、羊水污染率、新生儿窒息、早产率均降低，中药联合治疗护理妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症有良好效果。Objective： To investigate the binding of intrahepatic cholestasis nursing methods in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods： the clinical data of 120 cases of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy patients were analyzed retrospectively, to summarize the nursing ex- perience. Results： the rate of fetal distress, amniotic fluid contamination rate, neonatal asphyxia, premature birth rate decreased, the combination of tradi- tional Chinese medicine treatment of intrahcpatic cholestasis of pregnancy with good results.
