层流手术室连台手术不同清洁物表方法的效果比较

摘　　要：目的：比较三种不同清洁物表的方法在层流手术室连台手术之间进行物表清洁的应用效果，以探讨层流手术室连台手术之间的最佳物表清洁方法。方法：选择备件相同的万级和百级层流手术问各三间，对连台手术之间物表清洁采用清水擦拭；0．5％的84消毒液擦拭；0．5％的84消毒液＋清水等三种不同方法进行物表清洁，再层流15、30、45分钟；空气及物表采样均按国家卫生标准（GB15982-2012）中的采样及检查方法进行。比较三种不同清洁物表方法的应用效果。结果：层流手术间连台手术之间三种清洁物表方法的物表及空气细菌茵落数培养结果，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：层流手术室连台手术之间用清水擦拭物表与其他两种清洁物表方法应用效果相同。清水擦拭物表再层流15分钟既能减少物表浸入消毒剂被破坏和保护人体皮肤黏膜不受刺激，又能缩短连台手术之间的清洁消毒时间，值得临床关注。Objective To compare the effects of three different disinfection methods in laminar flow operating room with continuous operations and to ex- plore the best method of disinfection in laminar flow operating room. Methods The three equal ten thousand and one hundred laminar flow operating rooms were selected respectively. The different methods including clean water,clean water ＋ air disinfecting machines, 0. 5 %84 disinfectant and 0.5 %84 disinfect- ant ＋ air disinfecting machines are used for surface and ground surface disinfection during continuous operations and the disinfected laminar was performed for 15,30 and 45 minutes. Result The differences of three methods for surface and air bacterial colonies cultured were not statistically significant （p〉 0. 05）. Conclusion They have the same effects. The methods for clean water followed laminar flow for 15min will reduce the damages to the environmental and physi cal table and protect human skin mucous membrane against irritation,and shorten the time of cleaning and disinfection, so it is worthy of using.
