健康教育在少数民族患者CT冠脉成像检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨对少数民族患者CT冠脉成像检查实施健康教育的效果。方法将220例少数民族患者随机分试验组和对照组，每组110例，试验组采用健康教育，对照组采用传统护理模式，检查后进行问卷调查。结果试验组患者检查相关知识知晓率及检查成功率均高于对照组，有统计学意义，P〈0．05；健康教育的实施明显提升了患者满意度，有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论通过积极有效的健康教育，让少数民族患者了解CT冠脉成像检壹的各个细节，能主动配合，增加了对检查的依从性，对提高CT冠脉成像扫描质量起到至关重要的作用。Objective to explore the effect of health education on minority patients with CT coronary angiography results. Methods 220 cases of minority pa tients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 110 cases in each group, the test group used health education, the control group used traditional nursing mode, questionnaires were checked. Results in the experimental group were examined in the awareness rate of knowledge and the successful rate of the test was higher than that of the control group, there is statistical significance, P 〈 0.05 ; health education to improve the satisfaction of patients, with statistical significance, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion through active and effective health education, let the minority patients to understand all the details of CT coronary artery imaging, active cooperation, increase the compliance of inspection, a vital role in improving the quality of CT coronary artery imaging.
