摘　　要：回顾了2012年首都圈地区三次地震的测震学及前兆异常特征、异常分析与落实以及预测过程,针对震前异常进行了震情判定分析,并对地震预测过程中的成功和失败的经验教训进行了总结。The Tangshan Ms 4.8 earthquake on May 28, Tianjin Baodi Ms 4.0 earthquake on June 14 and Tianjin Baodi Ms 3.5 on August 26 was three significant seismic events of the capital area in 2012. In the process of the three earthquakes, there were seismic activity anomalies and many anomalies of ground deformation, underground fluid and electromagnetism in Tianjin. This paper reviews the precursory anomaly characteristics, anomaly analysis, confirmation and forecasting process of the three earthquakes, judges and analyzes the anomalies before the earthquake. In the end, the paper summarizes the success and failure experience in the process of earthquake prediction.
