摘　　要：通过对广西2013年2月20日田东-平果-巴马交界4.5级地震砖混结构房屋震害情况的现场调查,归纳和分析了砖混结构房屋的震害特征及原因,总结了受震害房屋的建造特点,并对提高村镇房屋抗震性能提出建议。Based on the field investigation of masonry-concrete building damage of Tiandong- Pingguo-Bama M 4.5 earthquake in Guangxi Province on February 20th 2013, the paper analyzed the characteristics of seismic disaster of masonry-concrete building, summarized the formation speciality of damaged building, and put forward some suggestions on improving the seismic behavior of rural houses.
