摘　　要：介绍了前兆台网"九五"和模拟观测系统并入"十五"观测系统的技术系统及其特点,指出前兆台网运行维护和管理过程出现的一些主要问题并提出最优的解决方法,特别是对oracle数据库和数据管理系统进行技术分析,解决前兆台网技术系统的主要技术问题,提高了维护与管理前兆台网的运行效率。This article introduces the technical system and the characteristics of ＂ The tenth Five-Year Plan＇s＂ observational system which merges the analog and ＂ The ninth Five-Year Plan＇s ＂ observational system, and mainly explains some of the major problems during the maintenance and management process of the precursor network. The paper does the technical analysis for the oracle database and data management system and solves the main technical problem of the precursor network technology system, and it is better to improve the operating efficiency of the maintenance and management of the precursor network.
