分层管理在临床护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：就分层管理在临床护理中的应用进行探讨。方法：选择我院的4个痛区来开展分层管理护理，其中共涉及62例年龄在20-49岁的女性护理人员。结果：在实施分级管理之后，患者护理满意度和护理质量得到了较为明显的提高。分析原因，主要为以下三点。①分级管理提高了护理人员的专业技术水平和综合素质，将各层护士的创造性大大地激发了出来。②分级管理实现了护理管理工作的连贯性；⑧分级管理将护理人员的工作热情在很大程度上调动了起来。结论：分层管理大大地提高了患者满意度和护理质量，也充分发挥了各级护士的工作积极性，值得各级医院推广应用。Objective： to study the hierarchical management application in the clinical care experience. Methods： select from four main units as the re- search object,a clinical nursing layered management,not a stratification nursing history phase in comparison. Results： through the layered management be- fore and after comparison, you can see the before and after the nursing care quality and patients satisfaction were better improve. Conclusion： the method of nursing in clinical practice hierarchical management improve the nursing quality and patients satisfaction,is worth promoting.
