摘 要:采用肌电及同步摄像的方法,对20名成年男性在7种不同提重负荷下的躯干屈伸过程中,左右两侧竖脊肌肌电信号及腰部运动学参数进行测试与分析。结果表明:不同提重负荷对竖脊肌肌电关闭及开启时的躯干倾斜角、屈腰角、竖脊肌的弯曲放松现象的特性等方面的影响无统计学意义;随着提重负荷的不断增加,下腰部的最大力矩、竖脊肌肌电的开启及关闭时的下腰部力矩的增大有统计学意义;在负荷分担关系中,随着提重负荷的增加,腰背部韧带等被动组织上过大的张力并没有得到竖脊肌工作的补偿,这会使被动组织处于非常危险的境地。In this study, surface EMG signals from bilateral erector spine as well as kinematic variables of lumbar spine of 20 male adult subjects were recorded and analyzed synchronically during their performances of trunk flexion-extension with 7 different lift loads. The results showed that different lifting load has no effect on both inclination angle and flexion angle at the time of EMG-off or EMG-on, and flexion relaxation phenomenon of erector spine ei- ther. With the increase of lifting load, the maximum low back moment, the low back moment at the time of EMG-off and that at the time of EMG-on be- came significantly larger. In the load-sharing relationship, the passive tissue could not significantly get a compensation from muscular activation of erector spine, which is a highly risk situation of injury for passive tissues in low back area especially when lifting with a greater load.
