摘  要:论述了六西格玛管理工具在提高Q235B成分中限合格率方面的应用,利用六西格玛管理工具,对影响Q235B成分中限率的流程进行系统分析改善,通过D、M、A、I、C五个阶段的流程分析和持续改善,Q235B成分中限率控制水平由基准86.61%提高到控制阶段的95.83%,完成了95%的项目目标,取得了良好的效果。This paper discussed the application of six sigma management tool in improving the qualified rate of chemical components at medium-limit, by using the six sigma management tool, the processes in- fluencing the medium-limit ratio of chemical components in Q235B steel were analyzed and improved, then through process analysis and continuous improvement of D, M, A, I, C five stages, the control level of medium-limit ratio for the chemical components in Q235B steel was increased from standard 86.61% to 95.83% within control stage, completing the project objective of 95% and obtaining a good effect.
