摘  要:针对23MnBM履带板用钢淬透性低的问题,研究设计了一种高淬透性25MnBM钢;优化了钢的内控成分以及电炉流程工艺参数。产品实物质量检测和用户使用表明,采用该工艺生产的25MnBM履带板用钢淬透性能高且稳定、抗断裂性能好、纯净度高。According to the low hardenablility of 23MnBM steel for track shoes, a kind of 25MnBM steel with high hardenability was studied and designed, and the internal control compositions of steel and the process parameters of electric furnace were optimited. The quality testing and service conditions of prod- uct show that, 25MnBM steel for track shoes produced by this process has a high and stable hardenabili- ty, better fracture property and high purity.
