摘　　要：分析了菜钢炼钢厂1^#连铸机二次冷却系统的现状，通过全面论证后，提出了分段控制二冷水、管路改造、增加水处理器、改造喷嘴等措施，使铸机二次冷却系统得到了提升，保障了品种钢的生产，取得了较好的效果。The current situation of secondary cooling system in 1＂ continuous caster of the steelmaking plant of Laigang was analyzed, and after comprehensive demonstration, the measures including subdivi- sion control of secondary water, pipeline transformation, addition of water processor, nozzle transforma- tion were put forward and carried out, the secondary the production of high-grade steels was ensured, and coding system of continuous caster was improved, the good effect was obtained.
