摘　　要：近年来,我国海洋科技成果转化和产业化在国家相关政策的支持下,取得了显著成效。介绍了海洋科技成果转化与产业发展的对应关系,深入剖析了海洋成果转化及产业发展中存在的突出问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。Recent years mark significant progress in marine technological achievement transformation and industrialization under China＇s state supporting policies. The relationships between achievement transformation and industrial development are presented, with the problems analyzed in an in-depth manner, before finally proposing some policy suggestions.
