摘 要:采用浮选的方法,对开采价值低的低钒低碳石煤中的钒进行富集,对碳进行回收利用,并提出"浮选脱碳(精煤)—碳(精煤)焙烧浮选钒矿—酸浸物料—萃取提钒"的工艺路线。经小试及扩试生产实践,钒的总回收率可达75.10%。Stone coal reserve is abundant in China,but in most which both vanadium and carbon content are low and these ore have a rather worse industrial usage. This paper adopts the method of flotation which was applied to enrich vanadium in the ore of low vanadium and carbon content. And this way can bring comprehensive recovery utilization of the carbon. This paper also put forward a new technics route about "flotation decarburization(washed coal)-carbon(washed coal) roast flotation underlayer ore -sulfuric leaching-extraction" . By smaLl-scale experiment and expanding experiment, the total recovery efficiency of vanadium may reach to 75.10%.
