摘  要:分析了水冷炉口损坏的原因,先进行了焊接工艺措施的改进,提高了其使用寿命,后从结构上,通过改进循环水流通道和制作成能进行微伸缩调节的开口环式结构使转炉水冷炉口的使用寿命大大提高,并取得良好的经济效益。The text analys the reason for the damage of water-cooling furnace mouth of converter, first step is to improve welding measure so to abtain the longer life of water-cooling furnace mouth of converter; next step was done that improving water line of cooling round water and improving whole structure design of water-cooling furnace mouth from round ring into split-ring structure, with expansion ability, so to abtain the longer life of water-cooling furnace mouth of converter than before; and the economic benefit has increased.
