摘  要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟干旱胁迫,研究杂草稻在发芽期对干旱胁迫的反应。结果表明:杂草稻与栽培稻经15%聚乙二醇处理后发芽期延迟,发芽率虽有差异但不显著;干旱胁迫条件下,杂草稻茎长、根长、根数、茎干重、根干重、根冠比均降低;杂草稻茎长胁迫指数为0.29~0.71、根长胁迫指数为0.17~0.81、茎干重胁迫指数为0.31~0.83、根干重胁迫指数为0.16~0.97、根数胁迫指数为0.23~1.13,均高于栽培稻材料,在正常条件下杂草稻与栽培稻生长量无显著差异。In order to study the effect of drought stress on germination and early seedling growth of weedy rice, polyethylene glycol-6000 (PEG-6000) was used to simulate drought condition. The results showed that 15% PEG-6000 delayed germination rate, and decreased germination percentage slightly. Shoot length, the longest root length, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, root to shoot ratio all declined. The plant height stress index (0.29-0.71), root length stress index (0.23-0.13) of the weedy rice were higher than those of cultivated rice, and there were no significant differences in biomass between weedy rice and cultivated rice under normal condition.
